Welcome to Padel Warehouse 52. By accessing and using our indoor padel courts, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the facilities. We may update or amend these terms from time to time, and the latest version will be available on our website.

1. General Information

Padel Warehouse 52 is an unmanned, indoor padel facility. Access to the courts is provided on a booking-only basis. By using the facility, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this document.

2. Booking and Access

  • Reservations: Courts must be booked in advance through our online booking partner, Playtomic. A valid booking confirmation is required for access to the facility.

  • Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email.

  • Court Time: Access to the courts is limited to your reserved time slot. If you are late, your session will not be extended, and the time will be deducted from your booked slot.

  • No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive for your booked session without prior notice or cancellation, you will be charged a no-show fee as outlined in the booking policy.

3. Use of Facilities

  • Eligibility: By booking a court, you confirm that you are physically capable of engaging in padel and are not under any medical restriction that would prevent you from doing so. If you are unsure, consult a healthcare professional before playing.

  • Equipment: Players are responsible for bringing their own equipment (e.g., rackets, balls). We do not provide on-site equipment rental.

  • Court Rules: You agree to comply with all posted court rules and regulations, including but not limited to acceptable footwear (non-marking shoes) and attire. Failure to comply may result in denial of access to the facility.

4. Liability and Waiver

  • Risk Acknowledgment: Padel is a physically demanding sport, and participation involves inherent risks of injury. By using our facilities, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks.

  • Waiver of Liability: Padel Warehouse 52, its owners, staff, or affiliates will not be held liable for any personal injury, damage, loss, or theft of property incurred while using the facility. You waive any claims against [Padel Club Name] in the event of injury, accident, or other incidents that may occur during your use of the courts.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Padel Warehouse 52 from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your use of the facility or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Health and Safety

  • Injury Prevention: It is your responsibility to warm up before using the facility and to ensure you are fit for physical activity. You should stop playing immediately if you experience pain or discomfort.

  • Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, please contact emergency services directly by dialing 999 or 111 and seek immediate medical attention. There are no staff members on-site, and the facility is not responsible for providing emergency assistance.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful Behavior: You agree to treat all other users of the facility with respect and consideration. Any form of harassment, foul language, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access to the facility.

  • Noise and Disruptions: Please keep noise to a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other players.

  • Cleanliness: You are responsible for cleaning up after yourself. Dispose of all trash in the appropriate bins and return any borrowed items (if applicable).

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal Information: We may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and payment information when you book a court. We will use this data solely for operational purposes, such as booking confirmations and communication related to your use of the facility.

  • Data Sharing: Your personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or as necessary to process your payment or booking.

  • CCTV Surveillance: For security purposes, the facility may be under 24-hour CCTV surveillance. By entering the facility, you consent to being recorded.

8. Payment & Pricing

  • Pricing: All prices for court bookings are displayed on our website and are subject to change at any time. The price you pay will be the one at the time of your booking.

  • Payment: All payments must be made at the time of booking through the online system. We accept the following forms of payment: [list payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.].

  • Late Payment: Failure to complete payment will result in your booking being canceled, and you will not be granted access to the facility.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must do so at least 6 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before your session are non-refundable.

  • Refunds: If the courts are unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons beyond your control, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking.

10. Facility Availability

  • Court Maintenance: Courts may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, cleaning, or upgrades. We will provide advance notice on our website or through email for any scheduled maintenance.

  • Force Majeure: Padel Warehouse 52 is not liable for any failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, or other unforeseen events.

11. Termination of Access

Padel Warehouse 52 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the facility if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions, engage in disruptive behavior, or fail to comply with our health and safety rules.

12. Amendments to Terms

Padel Warehouse 52 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. By continuing to use the facility after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms and Conditions.
