The Padel Warehouse 52 provides access to its indoor padel courts for recreational use. Please note that this facility is unmanned, meaning there are no on-site staff members to assist with inquiries, bookings, or any incidents that may occur during your visit.

2. Use of Facilities

By booking and using the courts at Padel Warehouse 52, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for ensuring that you and all participants using the facility are in good health and capable of engaging in physical activity.

• You will comply with all posted rules, including those regarding conduct, equipment use, and safety.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that any equipment (e.g., rackets, balls, shoes) are in good condition and appropriate for use in the facility.

• The facility is to be used at your own risk, and you accept responsibility for your safety and the safety of others while using the courts.

3. Liability Waiver

In using the Padel Warehouse 52 facilities, you hereby agree to the following:

• Release of Liability: You waive any claims against Padel Warehouse 52, its owners, managers, and affiliates for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during your use of the facility, including, but not limited to, any incidents caused by accidents, negligence, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Risk Assumption: You understand that playing padel involves physical exertion, which can result in personal injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in padel activities.

4. Access and Bookings

• Unmanned Facility: Padel Warehouse 52 is an unmanned facility, meaning there are no staff members on-site to provide assistance, supervision, or emergency response. Access to the courts is available through online booking only.

• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been processed, and you have received a booking confirmation email. Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made within the timeframe set in the booking policy (e.g., 6 hours before the scheduled time).

• Court Access: Access to the facility is granted only during your booked time slot. Unauthorized use of the courts outside of your reserved time will be considered a violation of the terms and may result in temporary or permanent banning from the facility.

5. Health and Safety Guidelines

• Health Requirements: It is recommended that you consult a healthcare professional before engaging in physical activities if you have any existing medical conditions or concerns.

• Injury or Emergency: In the event of an injury or emergency, please contact emergency services immediately. As the facility is unmanned, we do not have on-site medical staff.

• Proper Attire and Footwear: Appropriate athletic footwear (non-marking shoes) is required to prevent injury and damage to the courts. All players must wear proper sports clothing.

6. Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive experience for all users, you agree to the following:

• Respect all players, staff, and the facility itself.

• Keep noise levels to a reasonable volume, especially if multiple games are taking place simultaneously.

• Do not use the courts for activities other than padel unless expressly permitted.

• Clean up after yourself, disposing of trash and used equipment properly.

7. Surveillance and Privacy

• CCTV Monitoring: For security purposes, the facility may be under 24-hour surveillance. By entering the facility, you consent to being recorded on CCTV.

• Privacy: Personal data provided during bookings (such as contact information) will only be used for operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

8. Force Majeure

Padel Warehouse 52 is not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, equipment failure, or government restrictions.

Padel Warehouse 52 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. By continuing to use the facilities, you agree to abide by the most current version of the terms available.
